and made from a peanut free facility?

I am coordinating snacks for a program for 450 children and many of them have peanut allergies.

I would like a cracker that is "healthier" (no hydro fat), but that is also made in a peanut free facility. Is there one? I went to Trader Joes and read the labels and none of the crackers said made in a peanut free facility.

thanks so much.....

My ds is deathly allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, and he is able to eat the Kashi TLC crackers, in both the 7 grain and the Country Cheddar. I haven't tried the others.

And thank you for trying to find a snack that all of them can share that is peanut free. So many times peanut free kids feel excluded because they are eating something different from others.

Check peanut allergy.com and do a search for crackers. There was something recently about kashi but I do not recall if it was positive or not. However, if a mom with a PA child trusts it, then I would, too.

I was given this recipe yesterday. My dd is only allowed to eat three ingredients (salt and sugar are also okay) and we are now trying wheat as a possible fourth. I was excited to see this safe recipe for crackers.
