Toddler nutrition

Hi there,
Can anyone recomend some good sources for toddler nutrition and meal planning? I'm especially interested in making sure DS will be eating well when we stop nursing once he's about 2yo (and I'm not seeking a debate on that just now--long story--though I certainly commend anyone who continues to CLW).

He is an enthusiastic eater, and I think we do pretty well at avoiding the bad stuff most of the time, but once he doesn't need the full-fat items anymore, I want to be sure his diet is rich and balanced. Any helpful books? Websites? Recommendations?

BTW, I'm a vegetarian, but DS and DH eat meat occasionally.

Thanks!

I am not sure what all you are looking for, but I have these three books (don't have the authors in front of me)
Super Baby Food
Le Petit Appetit
Mommy Made (and Daddy Too)

This website: wholesomebabyfood.com It may have a toddler spin off now - I haven't visited in a while.
