Any arms sleepers out there? - Page 2

Oh, yes, we slept with my arm around our son for several months, too. Now he seems to sleep better with just a little more space but definitely still touching and sometimes during the night I still wrap my arm around him if his sleep is a little more restless and it tends to calm him down. My shoulder did feel contorted and sore at times, so I'm glad it's not all the time anymore.

My 7-month old DD has slept in my arms every night except the one night she had to be under lights at the hospital for jaundice. I didn't sleep a wink.

My first born (daughter) was an armsleeper for the first 3 months of her life. After that, she started sleeping in her crib in the room next to us.... very good sleeper, surprisingly enough. Still armsleeper when it came to napping for at least another year.

The only thing I did not care for is that she was/is a heavy sweater... and I would wake up with my arm and clothes completely SOAKED.

DD's 8th month head is lodged in my armpit at night. This allows me to sleep on my side or my back. No armpit...DD wakes up.
