hi i've been having a bunch of little things that may or may no tbe linked to each other and i'd like some input. since about one week after i gave birth i began to havea bladder infection..urin is very yellow but i just started experiencing the pain today. i'm also still having cramps. and i also and havingpains every time after i eat. the bigger the meal or greasier the food the more painful it is. my husband believes it's my gallbladder. it's not so bad that i can't eat but enough so that when i do go for my check up on the 16th i'll ask the doctor..i'm going to tell the doctor all this but untill the check up i was just wondering if anyone had any input. thank you.

drinking lots of water will help your urine, as well as steering clear of any refined sugar. sometimes adding cranberry pills will help get rid of a bladder infection - very yellow urine is a sign that you are not drinking enough water! our urine should be very pale to clear if we're well hydrated.

sounds like that could be yoru gallbladder re: the other issue - many women have gallbladder issues in pregnancy or postpartum. get seen as soon as you can.

b vitamins will make urine yellow--
for the beginnings of a UTI water, dilute the critter and empty frequently we normally say a gallon of water a day
I like blueberries for treating UTIs, buy frozen blueberries and drink a bag of them in a day- add a little water in a blender or a little yogurt to make a smoothie
do not drink soda
no sugar
change the kind of pad you are wearing if you are wearing a pad- because it can be causing irritation (if you are using an Always pads- switch to Kotex, Stayfree or one of the natural brands, or use cloth- just none with the plastic top)
if you are having trouble digesting fats, yes your DH could be right about the gall bladder- eating foods that are low in fat and more raw foods -- in particular apples might help but either of the things you have going on warrant a sooner rather than later visit to the doctor- call the office and report your symptoms--
