I've been following the RRL tribe thread and my MW said it was good to drink once a day, but I had a cup last night and had NOTICEABLE cramps for about a half-hour afterwards. It made me really paranoid. Anyone else had experience with RRL previously, or planning to drink it this time?

I've heard to stay away from RRL in the first trimester.
Before I heard that I too had noticible cramps one day when I decided I was in the mood for it. Im not planning on trying again until Im safely into my 3rd tri.

I had two cups one day and didn't notice anything and was bored so I googled RRL and everywhere I saw says to wait until further into the 2nd trimester cause it can make your uterus contract and cause a m/c. I've also read chamomile its good either.

I drank it during my last pregnancy - kind of off and on - without any problems. I know some sources say it is ok and some say to wait. This time around I am waiting until I can talk to my mw about it and get her recommendation.
That being said - I noticed my prenatal vits have RRL in them but I assume it is a tiny tiny amount.

My prenatal vits have RRL in them too (Rainbow Lights/6 a day) I probably won't start drinking RRL until 3rd tri. since the vitamins have it in them..besides.. my labors are like 2 hours.. I don't want any more toning, LOL..
