Update: I found a better site with more info. and she isnt cutting a tooth to early it seems it is just her first permanant molar : I should have done a better search before posting.

My dd is only 6yo but she is cutting her bottom 2nd molars : I looked it up and she isnt supposed to get those till she is 11-13 yo according to this site www.katydds.com/develop.shtml

Normally I wouldnt think much about it but she already has a extra cuspid (canine) and it has crowded her bottom teeth to the side. The dentist told me that it would be ok when she was around 18 months since it was just a baby tooth but if it came in extra as a adult tooth it would have to come out. So I left it alone. Now I wonder if that was the best thing to do considering how bad her teeth are out of line now.

Anyway does anyone have any experiance with their child cutting teeth to early and crowding?? I wonder what this will mean for her teeth since she still has a lot of growing to do before those 2nd molars are due to come in.
