leaking fluid ,,NOT sure???

I need some advice I just called me midwife and she doesnt think it sounds like my fluid.

I layed down for a nap about ten minutes later my butt was a little wet i didnt fel anthing coming out of me so i thought maybe it came up from the matress my DD had peed on it lastnight but when i changed the sheets it was dry so it makes me think it didnt come from the matress but from me, i am 37 weeks tommorrow so i guess it's no big deal if i go into labor tonight right?

anyhow I am not leaking anymore nothing coming out now just that spot on the bed that is now dry, what do you think, i a little leak and what should i expect next, I had a scheduled ceserean with my first so this is all new to me, can you give me some knoweldge here thanks oh and have avery mild cramps right now buti have had them before during this pregnancy anyhow

If the baby's head is acting as a "stopper", you may only leak lying down. I'd say empty your bladder, and then lie down again for a while to see if it starts up again?

It might have just been some discharge or urine - the glamorous part of being this pg I wouldn't worry either way though. If you continue to find that you ahve fluid, call the MW again.

havent had anything else, so not sure what that was, but today i am 37 weeks so now the worry of preterm is gone, i am sure i will have other worries now LOL that's what i do best according to DH...

A couple of weeks ago I was standing and felt some fluid leak. To me, it was different than urine and the really thin discharge that can be present at this time. It only leaked one time and I didn't have any cramping or anything. Two days later I opted to go in and get checked. The test strip said that it was not amniotic fliud. For what it's worth I am not sure that the test was accurate but at any rate. I am still pregnant and both baby and I are A-Okay.
