Seeking a Doula in Training

Hi All
I'm looking for a doula in training to do some post partum baby care and other doula related duties for a lovely family that has been through a lot lately.

The doula in training--or simply a volunteer doula--needs to live in the Central Vermont area.

Please let me know if you're interested and I'll fill you in on the details.

Thanks in advance!

Try posting on bellywomen.net

You may be able to locate someone that way as well

You could look on the DONA or CAPPA websites, but maybe try posting this locally in the Finding Your Tribe: Vermont .

Thanks!

Thanks so much for the suggestions!

I'm finding that many doulas like to go to the birth, but few are interested in the postpartum support. Hopefully one (or two!) will feel called...

Postpartum care is so special and important.

I'm a postpartum doula only, I actually don't care for birth AT ALL:
I live a bit too far (I'm down by Bennington) but I hope that you can find someone to help! Just wanted to let you know there are those of us out there that specialize and LOVE postpartum work!
