My dd LOVES rice and beans (in or out of a tortilla) and generally will eat pita sandwiches (cheese, hummus, thinly sliced veggies, etc). Pasta's always a good one for her lunch box. We use the laptop lunch system and it's been great because we can pack 2 containers for her for lunch and 2 for a snack and send her to daycare with one box. It also serves as a good reminder to pack a variety of food groups.
