Now that we're approaching our 2nd tri most of us fortunates should be feeling better. I'm just 13 weeks and besides feeling ill a little bit at night, I'm mostly all better. I actually find I feel sick most of the time because I haven't eaten.
So I'm on day 4 of no sugar and have gone on 3 walks already this week. I'm really trying to keep the yeast at bay this time. So anything preventative I'm going to do.
I really need to start eating more veggies, but they still kind of gross me out. I find I really enjoy them in pureed soups right now, so making lots of those. And I need to remember to take my pre-natal every night, too.
Anyone else need to focus on eating better, or are you all saints

. I MUST start eating better because I tend to put on a lot of weight with my pregnancies even when I try hard to be good about my food...
. My biggest thing is getting enough protein since I'm veggie.
I got TONS of veggies the last trip to the grocery store.
