Okay, so I read Kellymom.com for advice, but I was wondering what some of you have done for this? I keep getting blisters on one side, than it goes away, than I get another one on the other side. The cycle continues...it hurts so bad!!!!

It started probably two months ago. Any immediate relief strategies? Please help!:

I use a clean wet face cloth to wash my nipples each time I shower. Basically I open the nipple up with one hand as if I was going to hand express then I rub/pick out any dried milk and look closely for the beginning of any blebs. Doing this each time I shower has reduced the number of occurances & helped my clear all of my blebs once the do occur. good luck, these things suck!

Does it coincide with ovulation at all? I used to get blisters and cracks EVERY time I ovulated. The cure for me was daily evening primrose oil. It made a HUGE difference.
