WAHM sewing mamas , does it pay?

i was wanting to try to start sewing stuff to sell on the internet. of course diapers, but maybe some baby clothing as well. i was wondering if this is at all profitable for WAHMs who just make thier own stuff to sell. do you sell stuff in your town as well? how much do you think you make per hour, or per month? is it worth it , or do you feel like its more of a hobby? how many hours do you have to spend sewing your product?
