yup, 4 weeks here too, and we've been putting away clothes for a couple weeks now. It goes soooo fast! he just smiled at me for the first time today...

My goodness, you can just see what he's going to look like as a young man! So handsome! Mine laughed at me for the first time yesterday too. BTW Arlo was one of our top name picks. The babylegs are still a little loose at the bottom to really stay on w/o booties holding them up. They do the trick for quick bum changes though.

Alice is definitely not a newborn anymore either - sorry, no pic to share. But she's sooo much bigger, and she won't fit in her bassinet much longer!

I've looked at those baby legs before. Are they worth it, do you think?

I'd say legwarmers are worth having but we got these as a fun splurge. They can be made pretty easily out of old sleeves or any number of other things and be just as effective. Even a good project for a beginner knitter, I imagine the tubes made with those children's knitting machines would fit great.
