Fred, Azure and I are thrilled to announce the swift and safe arrival of our new daughter/sister, Phoenix (formerly known as Peanut). Phoenix made a speedy entry at 10:50am, at just two days short of 38 weeks gestation. She weighed 6lbs12oz and we're not sure how long she was as we forgot to ask, but she's longer than her sister was as she's already stretching out Azure's first sleeper!

Everyone is doing fantastically and I have the surreal sensation of never having given birth as it was such a quick, effective, and low-pain labour that the battle scars are at a minimum. Azure is THRILLED to meet her big sister and has been so gentle and caring so we have high hopes for the future of the relationship.
