i've been having pretty intense pubic bone pain today. i remember having this after the delivery of my girls (like my bones were trying to get back into the right place or something). i haven't delivered yet, though! is it just loose ligament stuff?

I've had it for days, especially at night when I've been sitting crocheting for more than 30 minutes. I assume it has do to with stretching to get to the right place and the baby engaging, etc.

I've had it with both of my pregnancies. Mine started several weeks ago, though. It's gotten so bad in the middle of the night when I get up to pee that it's almost torturous! I think it has to do with the hormone relaxin and your pelvis just getting ready to open up for the baby.

yeah...this is what i was thinking. i had very severe SI joint pain throughout this pregnancy but chiro-work seemed to help & it hasn't been bothering me for weeks. i guess i just switched off one pain for another.
