So when is it ok to start excersizing? And what is considered excersize?
I don't think I would be "pushing" it by walking or light jogging on a tredmill. What do you think? Honestly, I am just wanting some ME time (I know dh would make it possible) and I am SICK of wearing fat pants!

I lost 30lbs right away but I have 30 more to loose. Nothing fits. Nothing. I am one of those people who have a terrible time loosing wt while BFing. ugh.....
