I've been awake for the past hour and a half with contractions that are getting more and more intense. It started with what I thought was gas pains and trapped gas. But then I realized that everytime I felt the gas pain, I could feel it in my back as well... So I've been laying in bed trying to get comfortable. But now I feel something between starving and naseaus. I think I'll go make myself some raisin toast and see if anything comes of this.

Well, my contractions seemed to have slowed down. Ugh. I laid back down in bed around 7:30am and slept until 8:30 and they are now only coming every 15 minutes or so. Before that they were 5 min and less. This is what happened with dd, too. I spent an entire night in labor just to have it stop and then come back the next night.

Hopefully I don't have to wait too much longer!

Argh, how frustrating. I totally feel your pain. I hope things pick up again before too long. Get some rest if you can!

I just had one of my girlfriends do a last minute belly cast! It was so fun. I honestly had contractions the whole way through. I'm hoping they continue to pick up as the evening goes on. I'll definitely keep everyone updated. Meanwhile...here's some pics of my belly cast:

Great pictures of the casting. I really wish I had done it. Talked about it too long and then I had the baby 2 weeks before my due date.
