i had a miscarriage on monday, at almost 13 weeks. i can't say that it was completely unexpected, i just never felt right from the beginning, and never felt that connection that i did with my kids. so, while tragic and sad, i understand that it just wasn't meant to be. i feel at peace with everything, and am happy to have been with our little one for the little time she was here. i know that everything that happens gives us a chance to learn and grow.
