sick to my stomach for days now?

i am 38 weeks today and have been having nausea for a couple of days now, i have bad acid reflux ( taking pepcid ac not working anymore)

and it is getting worse so that could be it but i thought i would ask if anyone has this morning sickness feeling towards ends of pregnancy as a sign of impending labor i really have no appetite for anything besides cereal or ice cream etc nothing good for me . what has your experience been?
should i expect labor to start soon os am i just one of the unlucky ones and having morning sickness return?

I have had nausea for a week or so now too....40 weeks tomorrow. I have figured that it can be an end of pregnancy/impending birth thing. It's hard enough for me to decide what to eat, let alone make for my familiy's meals. This too shall pass.

i have been nauseous for the last couple of weeks too. i asked my midwife about it yesterday and she said it is probably a combination of end of pregnancy/close to labor hormones and big giant baby squishing all my guts.

I have been nauseous again first thing in the morning, feeling blood sugar dropping if I'm not eating in a timely manner by lunch. Major mood swings are back, one minute Im loving my husband, next, Im utterly disgusted. It must be hormones, toxic levels of crazy pregnant lady hormones coursing through my system!

I have been having abdominal pains/cramping and loose stools, I am sure it is pg related. Not much appetite either except for light foods like cereal, fruit, toast....
