Oh, very hard day and evening. Very bad insomnia. I'm going to try--again--to get to sleep. Good night/Good morning.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I got about 4 hours of sleep before dd2 woke up. Then, she insisted on going in and waking up dd1...who is a late riser and was very, very unhappy.
We're trying to regroup. We've been working hard on not yelling/screaming at one another and dd1 just lost it on me this morning when I asked her to go downstairs and get something out of the fridge for her sister. I got mad at her...and just now she explained to me that I have no excuse for screaming at her because I'm the adult...she has an excuse because she's a kid and kids "need to experience the full range of their emotions." She just can't stop yelling yet.
