Not an anger managment book per say, but The Four Agreements is great for letting go of other peoples issues.

Thank you mich. I think I own that (read it when it came out but I've forgotten a lot). My grandmother was a big fan, and I think she gave both myself and DD each a copy. I'll see if I can find it.
