There are cures for cancer, BTW. They aren't profitable though, and they involve more than swallowing a pill -- people would actually have to live healthier lives. :
(I'm not talking through my hat. My mother had cancer ten years ago. She never let the MDs treat her, and according to them she should be dead by now. Instead she's healthy as a horse and ready for another fifty years.)
