Every night I think is going to be the night, so I get nesting and clean up even more. After last night's work, I think I'll actually be ready to go to bed early tonight.

Oh, my... I wish I had some of your energy. I'm a big bump on a log. Napping and lying about all day. Hopefully, your nesting phase = labor soon!

I'm jealous of your napping! One thing I'm concerned about now is my extreme lack of sleep from insomnia. Now that the house chores are all caught up, I need a few days to catch up on my sleep before I'll be perfectly ready for baby!

I hear you! My night sleeping is pathetic. Although DS let me take an hour and a half nap this afternoon. (So baby, if you want to come tonight, that'd be swell...
)
House is...not so clean. But man, if I go overdue like I did with DS, this house WILL be spotless. I won't feel like showing my face in public much longer without a baby!

I was nesting like crazy for a week or two, but now I am having a serious lack of energy. I asked DH to clean up the dishes after dinner last night, which is really saying something, because 1) I can do it about 10x faster than he can so usually I just go ahead and do it, and 2) his standards of what qualifies as a "clean" kitchen are very different from mine.
But I just didn't have the energy.
However I did get two loads of laundry done today and I did give the kitchen floor a once-over with the mop, so that counts for something! I envy your tidy clean house!
