For people who want to offer bf support

I found this on a random search on the WIC site. I know there are a lot of mama's here who always need to and creative ways to offer support to friends and family. Maybe this is all you need to do.....print, fill it out, and send it to a new or expecting mom with a nice card. It's not over the top, in your face, and just seems like a great way to show and offer support.

Our support group does this! One of our members is very good at the program where you can make really cool graphics and cards n whatnot (yeah not really computer lit here ). Others make their own cards by hand.

One I really liked was a kinda fold card with a nice message on one side and it had an area on the other side to put a nursing picture (we even had one night where we took pictures of moms nursing if they wanted one).

Just more ideas! (maybe we can even make something like this the next lactivism challenge- or one in the future)
