INTACT!
I usually don't watch much TV, and we only have what we can get reception with the bunny ears, but my DH likes to watch this show starring Jim Belushi (sp?) called Life According to Jim
I wasn't really paying attention, but then I heard the word "circumcised" and I perked my ears up.
The mother (Jim's wife) was talking on the phone with her mother about her sister. Apparently the mother always brings up the fact that they didn't circumcise their son Kyle (maybe like 8 yrs old?), and she always has to change the subject every time she brings it up. A few minutes later, she called her mom again, who again brought it up, and she defended the choice again, saying that was from "dad's generation"
I stopped what I was doing, and did a little jig
:
I loved how they added it in there so nonchalantly, like it was a normal thing that every mom relates to
Anyway, I just thought it was cool to see anti-circ brought up in a mainstream show and wanted to share!
