I think this is it for me.... UPDATE Post #7

Although now that I'm posting it probably won't be.

I've been contracting off and on for a week. Usually, the pattern was morning for a while, break, early to late afternoon, then for a couple hours in the middle of the night. But yesterday, they didn't stop in the late afternoon, they went all night. I've been contracting regularly for 24 hours. They weren't really painful, so I just went about my regular activity - like every other day this week.

But they are still here this morning and getting more intense. They are currently 5-6 minutes apart. But they are only about 45 seconds long. So hopefully this will turn into something!

Well, just to let you know, my contractions were only 45 seconds long until I got to the hospital, and I was 8 cm dilated at that point and pushed the baby out half an hour later. I think this might be it for you! Easy labor vibes!!!

Yippee...see, all the relaxing and letting go DID work! Or was it just time?
Hopefully, no news is good news and you're holding your lo right now. Looking forward to an announcement soon.

Yep - it was it!!!

I'll post more later but my 2 year old just woke up.

Our baby girl was born at 6:15 p.m. Saturday May 26. She weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. We had an amazing unmedicated hospital birth - 2 hours after being admitted she was born.

So - for those of you still dealing with prodomal stuff - it works!
