for those of you still waiting patiently....hang in there! our DDC is dwindling but even though i've had my babe already, i haven't forgotten about you all!! it seems like all the posts lately are birth announcements so i know it must be frustrating if you're still with child. (i know it was for me when i was post-date & no signs of activity.....but here i sit with a week old baby snoozing in my arms!). so....wishing you peace these last few days of your pregnancy!!!

Thank you. I didn't realise how crappy being post dates would be (especially when you're made to feel overdue 2 weeks before you actually are grrr).
I think I may have had a few contractions this evening (for the first time ever). Or maybe I'm just starting to imagine things.
Every time I open the DDC forum, all the new brith announcements make me want to cry-very silly, of course, and I'm so happy for all the new mamas, but for some reason it just makes me feel even worse about not having my own new babe to hold (YET. Of course. It just doesn't seem like it's going to happen ever)
My mum has started to joke that it's just a phantom pregnancy after all. Haha.
Anyway, good luck to everyone still waiting (how many are there now? Seems like very few!)

I just wanted to chime in and say after going 15 days 'over' with Darci - I am feeling for all you mamas!

Much love and peaceful, easy birthing vibes your way!
