I had James in the church nursery, we were the only ones in there, he was not wanting to sit still.
There was a little baby doll in there in one of the cribs (it's this 4 stack thing...like 4 shelves with beds and a rail that comes down...hard to explain) and James changed her diaper (asked me for a wipe and wiped her butt) and then he said "She's sleepin!" then 2 seconds later "Uh-oh, baby's hungry." I said "Well how do babies eat, James?" and he says "They eat on the boobie." And then he lifted up his shirt and nursed and patted the baby and says "Awwww, baby loves the boobie."
and then tossed her down and asked to nurse himself. LOL..we'll have to work on that I guess.
We're working on teaching him about baby care with the new baby coming, that Mama will be giving baby boobie a lot and stuff like that.
He's about 99% weaned, he'll ask a couple times a month, just puts his mouth on my breast and is done.
My milk dried up with the pregnancy.
