nakking this is today
breakfast
brown rice
natto (fermented soy beans)
cantelope
stir fried chicken livers with garlic greens

lunch
steamed carrots/broc.
baked ckicken
home made ww bread
(all leftovers)

snack
strawberries
macadamia nuts (sent from a friend in the states)

dinner
asparagus/beef stir fry (rare for us to have beef, pork is much cheaper)
tofu w/ soy sauce

drinks
water
green tea
robios tea
nursing tea

it looks like DD#2 has allergies so I have just started the elim diet again, so far just eggs and dairy, I did it with DD#1 and she has *just* outgrown her allergies, I was getting used to eating whatever I wanted again.

any suggestions on how to make things NT?

It looks like you could ferment your carrots pretty easily, maybe even make fermented ginger carrots. DO you have the Nourishing Traditions cookbook? If not, PM me
You could also make your WW bread with sourdough too, that would help. I really like ww sourdough bread, although I am trying to avoid grains right now. How about sprouting your rice? I have never done this, but have bought sprouted rice. Seems like an idea, right?
Thanks so much for posting your day's food. I am fascinated
