After a Fast Labor...Kaiya Ann is Here!

This morning at 6:36am our little one (a girl!) was born after labor began at 5am. She is perfect: 8lbs 15oz 22in long. We barely had time to make it to the birth center (I felt like pushing in the car!) before she made a grand, water-breaking entrance.

I'll post a birth story soon. It was an awesome ride!

wowsa! now that's a quick labor!!! congrats on your new little girl! (i have a "kaiya," too, and that's just how we spell it.....so of course, i adore the name).

Contratulations! I'm glad you made it to the BC...we didn't with our second, lol!=) That's quite a short labor, indeed.
