how do you keep up with your (water) kefir?

I've been brewing water kefir for almost a week now, and I'm not sure what to do with all my kefir lol I have enough grains to make about 1/2 a gallon each 1.5 days (2 days of brewing makes for a pretty sour drink). So, how do I manage all this kefir? What are your kids favorite kefir brews?

You can always give away extra grains. I've started keeping my water kefir in the frig and just "harvesting" every week or so. When I first add the sugar, lemon, and fruit, I leave on the counter for several hours. After "harvesting" and putting into my jars, I leave it out for a few more hours. I just judge when it's ready by how bubbly it is and how it tastes. HTH!
