Odd shaped uterus

Sorry to post this here, but at the moment I don't have a doctor or a midwife caring for me, so I don't have anyone else to ask.

I'm not sure if this is something I should be worried about or not. I am 21 weeks pregnant, and I noticed that my uterus tips to the left quite a bit. You can see it clearly when I am lying down. I read somewhere that this is quite normal. But my bump is very much at the top, with nothing at the bottom - if that makes sense. I am still fitting into my ordinary jeans - the lower part of my stomach seems flat, but I have quite a big and noticible pregnancy bump above my belly button. Also there is a very big "dent" where my belly button is. I remember reading that this could be a sign of a posterior positioned baby, but would that show at this early stage? I thought that was something that happened in the later stages. The belly button dent has been around for several weeks now.

I have had 3 c/sections (planning on having a VBAC this time) I am a bit paranoid about adhesions, and my uterus maybe being the wrong shape after several surgeries. Do you think this is normal? This is nothing like my previous pregnancies.

at 21 weeks your baby is spinning like a top- the uterus is mostly up out of the pelvis and is wide as well and the kidos have so much room at this age they just swim around- the top of the uterus at 20 weeks is very often landmarked by being at mom's belly button and one week beyond that would be about 1 cm above-- so what you are saying about a dimpling in is really to be expected and is marking the top of your uterus.
do you have any sharp pains? adhesions is nothing you can really do much about- if you have them as your uterus grows they may break away- in fact I would hazard a guess from talking with friends of mine who have assisted in many surgeries- that the majority of women who have c-sections have some adhesions - no way to know right now if it will interfere with birth but most likely no--
