Chinese dessert. What is it?

I'm trying to find the name of a Chinese dessert. I had it at a Chinese bakery.

It is spongy and just a little sweet. I think it might have had gelatin in it? You could see rice in it. It looked like it was made in a pan and then cut into squares. I wanted to find out what it was called and see if I could find a recipe for it.

It kind of sounds like Nonya Kuihs, but I could be wrong. There are some that are coconut rice with pandan flavored agar agar or kiya (pandan custard). Here is a picture.

Oh yummm! Those pictures make me hungry. Those look quite a bit like what I had. They were from a bakery in Chinatown in San Francisco.

Oh, I love Nonya Kuehs - so many different kinds and so delicous!

However, if you bought your dessert from a Chinese Bakery, could it have been this steamed rice cake (Bok Tong Go)?: Bok Tong Go
