I'm trying to find the name of a Chinese dessert. I had it at a Chinese bakery.
It is spongy and just a little sweet. I think it might have had gelatin in it? You could see rice in it. It looked like it was made in a pan and then cut into squares. I wanted to find out what it was called and see if I could find a recipe for it.

Those look quite a bit like what I had. They were from a bakery in Chinatown in San Francisco.
