I have a LOT of pork in my freezer right now and I would love some help in cooking it.

Particularly, we have two GIANT fresh hams and lots of pork chops and pork steaks.

Any ideas?

We also have tons of pork in our freezer. Is your pork uncured too? I have some recipes. Any type of recipes in particular you are looking for?
