I'm dying for some updates here... what happened to all those who were going to test yesterday????

I tested this morning. I'm only 11dpo, so the BFN wasn't surprising or that disappointing. I'm testing again Saturday, and then again sometime midweek after that if it's still negative and AF doesn't show over the weekend.

How about everyone else?

Two week wait = cause for insanity

I am at cycle day 24, post-O day maybe 14ish. I think it's still too soon to test, but I really think that this may be it! Or else, I may be losing it completely and psychologically manifesting symptoms! It's really hard to tell at this point!

Possible "symptoms":

Crazy, vivid dreams, esp. in the early morning
Waking up having to pee
Face breaking out like crazy
Urge to kill husband

So what do you all think? All in my head?
I wish I were having more symptoms I could obsess over. A few days ago my chin broke out, and I thought, "Oh, great, a symptom!" Then it cleared right back up again. I had one vivid dream and was really excited. Nothing since. I had tender nipples for a few days after O, but again, nothing since. Yesterday, after complaining on the TTC in our 20's thread about my lack of symptoms, my back started aching and I had some cramping in my gut. It felt exactly like pre-AF. I thought, at least that's something. But today I feel totally normal.

AF is due Saturday. I won't be too surprised if she shows. I'm just frustrated that my body's not giving me more clues. :

Would you guys look at my chart? I know it's too early to tell but it seems so different from my previous charts. My temps for the last 4 days have been fairly steady (w/in .1 degree) and all higher than any temps from last cycle. I'm starting to get excited, .

I'm trying very hard not to symptom spot. If I experience something, I try to explain it away. My face is breaking out like crazy, but I think that's because I changed cleansing regimens and it's getting hot. I'm emo like crazy, but that's normal for my LP. I'm very thirsty but again, weather is changing. Etc.

The only things I can't easily explain are:
- lots of gas that I initially thought was related to a beverage I was drinking regularly, but I haven't had it for 2 days and the farts are still there (I am usually not gassy).
- CP is diff than usual during my LP - usually is LO and is very closed and moving between L and M.

Between the CP and the temps, I'm getting worked up and am afraid I will be crushed this weekend.

Lauren, I don't know the first thing about charting, but back when I was pregnant, bad gas was one of my most persistent "symptoms". To the point where I was stragetizing to stay away from my coworkers to spare them!

Mara,
For most people, 14 dpo is a good time to test. Do you know your exact O date? I'd get a two or three pack test, and poas just cuz I'm like that.... your symptoms do sound promising, though!

I don't know my exact O date, I'm at around 13-14 DPO today though. Could even be day 12 or day 15 really... (If this month isn't IT, I'll start charting next month! I can't take it anymore!) I tried to POAS this morning but the test was a dud, no control line. Boo! I'll try again tomorrow first thing in the morning. I can't tell if these signs are real or in my head; but I think my brain is more fertile than my body.

Smokeylo- Not to get you even more excited....but I see a triphasic pattern. It looks as if 5dpo could be an implantation day.

Not that you're excited or anything.

Good luck!!

Lsp?

What would you call a that is barely visible? Not so much a BFP as a Little Skinny Positive? I don't know whether to : or just keep testing...

WeasleyMum : :

I say test again tomorrow! I bet you will get a BFP then!

MARA!!!! Sounds like it's worth celebrating to me! A line is a line, so they say, right????

My only word of caution - how far along were you with your m/c? It's possible for hormones to stay in your system for several weeks following a m/c. I only mention this because I got a positive test following a m/c and I was all psyched, but then I tested again a few days later, and it was negative, so I think it was just the extra hormones still in my system. However, that was about 5 weeks post m/c, and you said that yours was in April, so I doubt that's an issue. I would test again in a few days, and it should be darker!

I'm cautiously thrilled for you!

Congrats!

The miscarriage was April 16, two months ago tomorrow. My doc suggested that we wait one "full cycle" until trying again-- that is, wait until getting that first period post-MC, then trying that month, which is what we did. My last period (not the miscarriage) started May 20. So I really think the old hormones should be good and gone by now, right?
I would think that would be enough time, especially if it was an early miscarriage. Take another test tomorrow or Sunday, and if it looks darker, I'd start celebrating a positive!

YEAH!

I agree it should be enough time.

I just had a very early miscarriage and the hormone was out of my system in about a week.

Good luck, let us know!!

Are you testing tomorrow? I got my bfp at 13dpo with a cheapie test. Good luck to you.

Kirkland, eh? We're basically neighbors!

testing

My cycle is up to 36 days and traditionally, I don't get a BFP early, if anything they are late. I am that 1% that doesn't show up until the 20th day after conception! : Bothell - we are neighbors *grin*!

Belated good news!

I was traveling last week and haven't been around, but I wanted you to know that I got a BFP on June 19th! EDD Feb 27th!
