Shower head cleaner

My shower head is getting clogged and I am looking for a way to clean it without harsh chemicals.

Would it work to fill a bag with vinegar and tie it up around the shower head over night?

I unscrewed mine and left in a deep bowl full of vinegar overnight. Worked GREAT.

I was hoping it would work. It's stuck on really tight so i don't think I wan tto try to remove it and break it, but I'll try the bag.

I put a baggie of vinegar up on mine and it worked fabulous! There was a lot of white calcium buildup and it wiped right off aftger the vinegar soak. I think I just secured the bag with a couple twist ties, iirc.

Those ladies on that "How clean is your house" show stick them in vinager

Vinegar works amazingly!!! Better than any unnatural or chemical product. We used it on a showerhead in a rental we had just moved into that was absolutely disgusting. DH just wanted to buy a new one but I put the bag of vinegar on it and the next day, it was like brand new. I didn't even have to scrub, we just removed the bag.
