Deva Care No Poo "cleanser"

As a prize, we won some foo-foo salon hair products, and one of them is Deva Care No Poo no-fade lather-free cleanser. Anybody else tried it? Does it count as no-poo? It doesn't contain detergent.

I've been using nothing but BS and ACV for a few years now. After three uses, the Deva Care stuff seems to be a nice in-between product. I can't go as long between washes using it as using BS, but it leaves my hair way, way softer.
But what is it doing? How does it work?

Not sure what the ingredients are, but I'm sure that it has way more conditioning agents than just baking soda and ACV alone. For that reason, I use conditioner and baking soda to cleanse. During winter, I add additional moisturizing conditioner (a second heavier one) at the ends of my hair. The conditioner I mix with the baking soda is Suave Tropical coconut, which is barely conditioning, but the coconut oil and trace amounts of rosemary essential oil in the conditioner help clean hair, but the conditioner adds to keeping hair soft instead of kinda dull looking and not so soft like no poo alone does to some people (esp ethnic or curly hair).
