I want to go no poo but wondering if it will end horribly w/my itchy, flaky scalp. Thinking of making my no poo mixture with bs and some tto with a acv rinse. Does anyone add eo's to their no-poo?

You can always add conditioner to your no poo solution to make things more moisturizing. Try some stuff from the V05 or Suave line since those conditioners are thin and silicone free. Most people have had tremendous luck with Suave Tropical Coconut Conditioner.

I cut out grains in my diet and I have a pretty darn clear scalp now... I know its not the right forum for it, but my scalp will flare if I eat any grains or have n alcoholic beverage. Its so nice to not have to deal with the painful scalp anymore.
