I just got a mixer from my dh for Mother's Day! Because I have a friend that lives close by with a mill, I am able to buy freshly ground flour from her. So now, I am looking for some whole wheat bread recipes. Would anyone be kind enough to post their soaked or unsoaked whole wheat bread recipes? I'm looking for something that we can use throughout the week for toast, sandwiches, etc. Thanks so much mamas!

I'm looking for one too! Most of the recipes I see involve adding copious amounts of white flour to the soaked portion of the grain.
