I don't know if this is the right place to post this? My dd is 16 months old and has yet to have any teeth erupt. Her pedi is not *really* concerned....but I have. The babes around us just keep popping teeth, but not my munchkin. Should I be concerned????? Any other late (extremely late) teethers out there????????

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

My 2nd didn't get any teeth until he was 14 months old. He didn't finish getting his teeth until he was 3. I think some kids are later teethers than others and I wouldn't worry about it. I know that's easier said than done. Just like anything else it will happen when it's going to happen an no amount of worry will speed up the process.

i have heard before that fluoride in drinking water can delay tooth eruption
more information here http://www.rvi.net/%7Efluoride/000105.htm
i suspect some children just get there teeth in late though.
