Prenatal vitamins?

Hi all,

Just found out that I'm pregnant with number two! Yay! :

Does anyone have any recommendations about prenatal vitamins (brand-wise)? Last time, I just took what the doc gave me. This time, I want to be better informed.

Congratulations! We both posted in the Bryan/College Station tribe. I use Rainbow Light Just Once Prenatals. I don't know if they are the best, but they were recommended at the health food store. Best wishes for a smooth and happy nine months. Maybe we'll see you next year when you move back to the BCS.

Another Rainbow Light fan here! I used the once a day for 4 yrs (preg & BF) and have switched to the Rainbow Light Prenatal Complete.

New Chapter Organics is supposed to be the best but they are pricey.

Rainbow Light it is! Went to get them today and by golly, are they big ol' pills!!

I'm going with New Chapter and I'm going to be doing some greens mix and plenty of cod liver oil and other EFA oils too.

I take DaVinci Lab. Ultimate Prenatal and loooove them. You can get them on Amazon.
