Oxyscreen sunscreen?

Anyone have any experience with this? A friend's naturopath gave her some for her baby. I'm wondering how it compares to UV Naturals. Here are the ingredients:
Ethylhexl-p-methoxycinnamate 7%, ethylhexylsalicylate 3%, oxybenzone 2% with the added anti-oxidents: Ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, mixed toc- opherols, and beta carotene in a scientifically-designed moisturizing base. SPF 15. Oil free, wax free, PABA free. Waterproof, sheilds against UVA and UVB Is specially formulated with anti-oxidents such as vitamin C, E, and beta car- otene, to help protect the skin from the deleterious effects of excessive sun exposure and to help skin retain it's natural moisture.

no experience with it but it wouldn't compare at all to UV Naturals because all the active ingredients are *chemical* sunscreens, many of which are linked to endocrine disorders, skin iritation and actual skin damage because of the way they absorb UV rays.

That was my reaction, too. I was just a bit confused as to why my friend's naturopath recommended it. She usually has very good recommendations. :
