Not sure who here has been having problems with insomnia - but after I finally got over the flu, my body was so out of whack that I couldn't fall asleep until 2AM. The only thing that has helped has been Skullcap tincture. You can either take it four times a day, or you can take 15 drops twice right before bed - with a 15 minute interval between each dose. It has helped me not only get to sleep, but also to stay asleep longer and when I wake up to pee, I get right back to sleep afterward instead of lying there tossing and turning. Skullcap is safe during pregnancy and this is recommended in the Natural Pregnancy Book by Aviva Jill Romm - an excellent book, btw.

Just thought I would share, because I was going INSANE!
