What are YOU procrastinating about?

I haven't packed my hospital bag yet. I've made The List. I've bought supplies. I even know which bag I'm going to use.

yet... I still haven't taken the ten minutes to throw everything in there.

Last time, I didn't pack my hospital bag until I was in labor. Hm. I'm detecting a trend.

What are you procrastinating about?

We haven't narrowed down our list of baby names!

I haven't gotten newborn clothes out of the attic.

We haven't put the crib together yet, or pulled the co-sleeper out of storage and washed the sheets and stuff.

Pretty much procrastinating on all of it.

We just finalized names LAST NIGHT! (I'm due a week from today.)

And I only did the other stuff you mentioned a few days ago.

Oh, I haven't done any food shopping, if I go into labor whoever comes to watch DD is going to have to feed her a menu solely consisting of cheerios and spaghetti. (Not that she'll mind.)

I am not procrastinating at all. Everything is in place...it is the baby who is procrastinating

My dad made us a beautiful cradle-it's a Noah's Ark cradle that turns into a toy box when you're done using it as a cradle. But the deal was he'd make the cradle but I had to make the mattress. I've had the cradle since April-I've known the dimensions for the mattress since February. I even bought the materials to make the mattress. Do I have a mattress yet? Of course not!

But, my theory is that if I still have things on my to do list the baby will come, but if I get everything done the baby will wait awhile!

I haven't called the insurance people to get Roro signed up. I know from Laia's birth that the forms can't be submitted till after the babe arrives, but I haven't had them sent yet!

Everything. We don't have a name, I haven't done much cleaning, I haven't made any freezer meals, I haven't packed.

I did finally buy cloth diapers and wipes though.

Oh and I'm due in 6 days.

I have pretty much everything ready, it is all in a box down stairs, but i have not packed a hospital bag in case of transfer - did others having a home birth pack a special hospital bag too?

I have everything ready to go but my baby has apparently decided to stay in there for as long as he possibly can. I wish he'd quit procrastinating!

Mab, I'm stalking you... When I saw the "moms with already born babies..."I though you were talking about you!

Sorry for derailing this thread and for putting my nose in another ddc...
I'd like to know about cloth diapers in Argentina, Mab.. Are you sewing all yours or is there any place to buy them from? If you have one second, and are not in labor, let me know through here or PM. Thanks, Ivana
