I'm in Western WA and I've been a CSA member for 2 years now

: In the summer we eat probably 75% veggies and fruits because there is so much and it is SO good.
This week we got:
potatoes
elephant garlic
zucchini
baby beets w/ greens attached
green beans
yellow onions
2 kohlrabi
1 cucumber
huge heads of lettuce
choice of 2 greens (I chose italian kale as usual- my healthy addiction)
trio of a pint of each: bing cherries, blueberries and raspberries
and 1 dozen eggs (we have an egg share too)
Also we went to a u-pick organic blueberry farm and we've picked about 10lbs of blueberries in the last 2 days. I would have picked more but the season is ending quickly because the berries are falling off the bushes (excessive rain). I may go back again on Saturday if the season holds. I want my freezer absolutely full of blueberries. My kids can eat through them like you wouldn't believe. Our CSA specializes in berries so we will be heading into primetime for berries from them too.
