Question about "weeks"?

Here's my question:

When you say how many weeks you are, what do you go by?
Ex: If you say you are "5 weeks", does that mean you have completed your first 4 weeks and entered your fifth week so you are "5 weeks"?
Or does it mean that you have completed your fifth week and are into the sixth week so you are "5 weeks".

The funny thing is that I have already had a kid, and I still can't remember

You are not 5 weeks until you have reached the 5 week mark and are beginning your 6th week. HTH.

I agree, I think you are 5 weeks on the 5 week mark. Then you are 5w and 1d, 5w6d and then 6 weeks. That's how I count atleast. I hope that made some sense!:

Yep: but for charters, 21dpo is the start of week 5. 28dpo is the start of week 6, and so on.
