Argh I hate our insurance company. Samantha was seen in May by the developmental pedi who recommeded we see a child psychologist. So I called and got a referral to be seen June 19. Turns out this group doesn't deal with her type of behavorial probelms. So they refer us to another group-on our insurance plan. I have spent the past 3 days trying to get a referral number for the appointment we have next week.
Every time I talk to someone in customer service they have a different answer. First the doctor we're scheduled with supposedly isn't covered. So I call the office back and get her ID#.Then I call the insurance and they say the site isn't on our plan,etc. I am so frustrated!!!!!!
So now the office is calling them to straighten it out. Thank goodness because if I had to talk to them again it was gonna be ugly.
Just needed to get that off my chest.
