I have some serious shrinkage here!

Ok so I prewash all the fabric I have been using in HOT water, dry them on high and yet once it is all put together they still shrink! All my lovely mediums have turned into a lot of smalls. They still fit her because she is so tiny - but not for long. I need to figure out the problem because I need to start making her some mediums - real mediums soon.

Any ideas?

Besides pre-washing twice?

What fabrics are you using? And what kind of dipes are you making?

I have been making a whole bunch of evrything, just to see what I like and dont like. Its mostly the pockets that are shrinking.

could it be that I have been drying the diapers in the dryer? I don't have a place to dry them.. but thats all I can think of..
