I picked up a sewing machine yesterday!! It is an old machine - White Rotary with a patent date on it of 1927. It belonged to my grandmother and seems to be in good condition. My sister showed me how to load the thread, bobbin, etc. and there are lots of extra little parts that I have no idea what in the world to do with ... 
Luckily the manual is with it! I am so excited to start sewing!!
So, is anyone familiar with this kind of machine? Any tips or suggestions for use, maintenance, etc.??
