Thanks for the replies! Here's what I did: I figured since they were a bit tough a day in the crockpot would do them good. So I threw them in whole with some bbq sauce, a can of tomato sauce, and some v-8. (I needed to add a lot of liquid to get the crockpot half-full.) I figure they will fall apart on their own. When they are done, I can drain off some of the excess liquid and made "baked" beans from a can with it, and add a little more bbq sauce to the shredded meat and have it on rolls.
